Removal of biannual changes
- Arizona Time: Arizona (except for the Navajo nation part) does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
- Hawaii also does not observe Daylight Savings Time.
- Time in China: China has only 1 time-zone (including Hong Kong & Macau), and no biannual changes / summer time. Taiwan also follows this.
